What is an access code and where do I find it?

Your access code is a unique identifier C-SCHOOL issues to your school when we set up your account — for example RIVERSIDE-2026. It's sent to your director or head of school by email. Enter it on this page (or on the sign-in screen) to reach your school's portal.

Who can use C-SCHOOL?

Every stakeholder in the school. Directors and heads get the full management view; administrators and accountants handle admissions and finance; teachers mark attendance and enter results; and parents and students get a focused portal for fees, results and notices.

Can parents and students log in too?

Yes. Once your school is live, parents and students receive their own logins tied to your school's access code — so they only ever see information relevant to them.

Do you support M-Pesa and local payments?

Absolutely. Fees can be collected and automatically reconciled against M-Pesa, alongside bank transfers and cash receipts — all reflected in real time on the finance dashboard.

Is our school's data secure?

Each school's data is isolated behind its own access code, with role-based permissions, encrypted connections and regular backups. Administrators control exactly who can see and do what.

How do we get a school onto C-SCHOOL?

Schools are onboarded directly by the C-SCHOOL team — we set up your account and provision your access code, so there's no public sign-up to complete. Reach out and we'll get your school provisioned and migrated.
